Took this off a junkyard car recently and took it apart, wire-wheeled it, and repainted it. It's the OEM seat suspension base that came on off-road package Monteros/Raiders/Pajeros. Anyhow, the adjuster works fine, the rubber bump stops are in good shape, and overall fully functional. There is a very small rust-through area on one of the feet that could be welded up/replaced if you felt like it. Anyhow, looking for $120 or any resonable offer. Would prefer local pickup (in Northern Virginia outside DC), but I can ship it as long as you pay shipping (it's heavy). Shoot me a message if interested.
