Because you don't, having a minimum post count prior to selling prevents people from just popping in to use the forum for selling items and not actually contributing.

I've posted several times on multiple forums here and I also follow many of the threads, but I'm also not going to spend my life obsessed with forums or social media in general, some of us have a life. I also see no rules regarding a minimum post count and if there was would you rather have valuable occasional contributions or a bunch of meaningless contributions just to artificially get your numbers up. Society should not be based on the number of imaginary friends or likes, or comments one makes online.

You gotta have a hell of a lot of posts I guess, I'm at 407 posts and I have insufficient privileges?
