Damn, I need bigger tires... Those 32`s looks tiny...

It took me about 2 hours to get my shifter working again, but it`s done now...

Will mount the rear bumper and a new diff cover with armor tomorrow...

This is the start of the rear bumper. I just have to pick up some steel...

Looking good! 5 hours is fast, it took me 10 start to finish. I have to agree, 32's look fine. :wings: Keep up the good work.

First I installed the diff cover:

Then i picked up some steel. Yes, it`s maybe a little beefy, but come on, it sure won`t break...

Stein, if you get any better at steel fabrication you will be tracked down by a headhunter offering you big $ :bigbossHL:

Hmm, how much do you pay me to build a bed rack to carry your boat? :sombrero:
No, I`m not really good at fabrication, I just keep trying and getting better...

Didn`t get much done today, because we had a party yesterday and I went to bed at about 0530am...

It started raining, so I put a tarp over the car:

Then I put the mounting plates on and started welding. Now I ran out of welding sticks, will buy some tomorrow:

Does anyone know how much diff oil I need?

The bumper primered:

I`ll have to relocate the fuel pump unit now and cut down the flares and quarter panels. The license plate, two rescue points and a aux light will be mounted on the frame crossmember...

The Chevy is looking better everyday Stein! You are doing a good job making that truck into a really solid 4by4. I like the way that you have made the bumper heavy-duty and extremely functional. That sticker that you have placed inside is just perrrrrrfect.
