I'm getting ready to select colors and options for a GFC this week and wondered if a thread could started to share pros/cons, tips and tricks. I searched and didn't see any on-going threads like some of the other campers. If i missed one, sorry. Thx

What pro/cons/tips/tricks are you referring to? Isn't the color option just what color the frame and skin is? What other decisions come along with ordering a GFC? I thought all you could really pick was a few windows and some colors?

In addition to the color(s), you can choose to have panel and/or tent windows, roof rack and such.

I am surprised. Since they started their own forum the Tacoma World postings have been few and far between.

They say deliver is June 2021..... I think it is a great product but $500 deposit to wait a year ?

Due to large order volume, camper orders placed today have an estimated start date of June 2021.
The Standard GFC Platform deposit is a non-refundable $500 that will be put toward the final purchase price.
The GFC Platform starts at $6450.

I think i could build it for half price in my driveway, in a month.
