Another set, and we will be at a total of twenty between the two forums. sweetness.

Okay, put me in for a pair.

Craig and I are most likely the heaviest rigs on here and we have a "the biggest storm to hit Norcal in 5ish year" upon us. :victory: I can't wait to hit the snow....fingers crossed. :ylsmoke:

I am mainly getting them for the wife's car, but will get used for my 2000 7.3 superduty. Crew cab long box, around 8000lb also. We live outside of Denver at 9500' elevation. So mine should get snow tested too!

I have a pair of maxtrax already. I wanted to get two more but I'm curious to see how these work. Plus they'll fit in the Jeep much easier than the maxtrax.

The preliminary cost is going to be 39 a unit, how does that sound for you guys?

Not sure about shipping, but the listed normal price is 59.99. So that price sounds pretty great. Once we have a formal 'this is the price, this is the code' I will create a dedicated group buy thread. Then, if all 28 folks(so far) roger up and make the purchase, I will then float the idea of a forum code, even if it ends up at 5% or so. they are indeed a small business, so we can't nickle and dime em to death haha.

They will be sending a single unit for me to test and review, which will mostly be a 'commuters review' since I don't take my roo anywhere technical(shes old and tired). I will then begin the task of shuffling the tester unit around for more wheeling oriented folks to test and review.

The $39 price is not unreasonable. They previously offered it that price a year ago. Couple nights ago I was about to pull trigger until seeing that. The videos are testimony enough for me. :)

Let's make it so.

Hmm very interested. I just need to do a bit more research. These will be used with my 18,000 lb rig. Being an Australian who is resident in the USA it will come down to function over patriotism (and the fact that I am a tight ********. $$$)

They did utilize a fully loaded Semi, and a 10 ton military truck in some of their field testing.

Put my # in on the other thread. Thanks for putting this together. I feel they'll come in handay as I was recently issued a 2wd Ranger for a company vehicle.

'Sorry, but we had to delete your group buy thread for the Go Treads.
The sites policy is that if a product is readily available then a group buy for that item is not allowed.
If Go Treads wants to become a Vendor on Expedition Portal they can initiate their own promotional sale to the members.

Otherwise, group buys are only allowed for obscure, often custom made, items that are not readily available. Thank you for your understanding.

Not that I actually understand. I did not save everyones names from the official thread. SO PM ME YOUR INTENT TO ORDER. ExPo may not want a good thing to happen for a non-readily available price, but I do. We are so close, Yet being stonewalled... There goes my idea of lending the demo tread for ExPo eval...
