Good tire inflator ?

I use Vevor 9 or 10 CFM tire compressor/inflator that cost me 70 bucks on Amazon sale, inflates all 6 of my tires to 80psi real quick and comes with very long air hose. Works for me.

I upgraded from a little reliable (slow) MV50 to a big heavy 150cfm Napa type compressor and a 4-port hose a little while back, the extra 20 lbs of equipment saves me at least 45 minutes every time I go back to highway pressure.
I'm not one to be in a rush when I travel, but there's lots I'd rather be doing than listening to a compressor work. Jettisoning some other bits to make room for a really efficient inflator has been a really good trade-off.
Getting one with an integral pressure display means you can set & forget, which is even better than having to hover over the gauge while it's filling.

The compressor is an All-Top dual cylinder and the hose I made myself with some 3/8" Flexzilla hose and parts (about $150 at the time), but one has plenty of choices for materials as long as you use a reliable chuck. This one works well with a regular Schrader valve without having to take the core out;

With tariffs, this is all out of my budget now (Morflate kit is about $600), but something similar can still be cobbled together for much less, even if it isn't quite as quick.

I have an exact clone of the Viair digital EVC88P (AstroAI brand, $75 paid), along with a dual piston inflator that has a bazzilion copies on Amazon for $50, also digital. Digital means you can set the pressure you want and it will stop when it's reached, so you don't have to watch it. They both work well and pump my ~35x13 tires from 20 to 40 psi at ~3 psi per minute. One is wired with a XT60 connector and run from my LiFe batteries, the other has battery clamps and I usually attach it to the starter battery.

I recommend having two, for both redundancy and speed if you are in a hurry.

If I were buying a compressor to last me decades may be I would consider something like Vair which is pricey, I think $230-300 for 3cfm, they are supposed to be reliable. But I will move overseas, can take no junk with me not paying for sea container either, so a couple of cheaper compressors would do, one for backup but I am fine without backup. My 9 or so CFM inexpensive compressor pumps without overheating or needing rest, pumps so fast I really have to watch the gauge, it's done before I know it. Dk, need fast and ready to use, portable solutions taking up minimum space, portable between vehicles too.

It's not the cheapest option, but I've been quite happy with my Milwaukee M18 inflator. Super portable with no cables to worry about, inflates quickly, and as a bonus it shares the same batteries with the impact gun in my tool kit. I added a quick connect chuck to mine and can top off all 4 tires on my 4Runner in a few minutes.
