Sensory overload- :Wow1:
I dig that purple sliver in the 4th shot from that last set- and I really like the buoy and fisherman's net by the tree picture.
Pat you're sure giving that SLR a workout- man those are some awesome pictures. It's too frickin' cold to go out- I need to though, I've been Congo cartooning for a change.

Amazing Cartoons Joash!!!

Oh man, if you only knew what I put these silly cameras through. The night we were out on the boat for the parade, a cold front was blowing in so it was dumping fog/moisture on the camera and boats.

All my gear was basicaly dripping wet and fogging up continuosly. But hey, came home with the shot right...LOL

I know this is supposed to be BEFORE the oil hit, but I have some new pics about what we may still be losing. Apparently, some gulf residents are saying these are happening in significantly greater frequency now than ever before.

I've decided to leave out some exceptionally sad pictures, I'll keep it at this one I just took recently, 1 of many species found.

Scott, if you have more...post them up

When we traveled up North to the Mid-West during the oil spill crisis, I was totally shocked to find that the news wasnt even talking about it.

Many of the people we spoke with acted like it was not even a big deal. We saw numerous BP stations filled with people getting fuel

The local BP Station here in Cedar Key went out of business due to everyone boycotting it.

We were never hit with anything that we could see on the surface, and due to our clam industry being so big, we had lots of scientists in doing water tests, but I have a friend who worked in Louisiana who would send me photos of what they were cleaning up and it was nasty!

I still dont think we've seen the total results from this disaster
