Greetings all. I am currently in the middle of a GX 470 build and I'm looking for recommendations for a rear bumper with tire carrier. I've spent some time reading up on the subject and. with the exception of a just a few forum threads, there's not a ton out there with regard to opinions about the different 470 rear bumpers and their vendors.
I'd like some recommendations based on real-world experience with the bumper and the company it was purchased from. My priorities are strength/quality of the build, ground clearance and quality of vendor. I am willing to sacrifice some ground clearance for a bumper that gets really great reviews, however. Beyond potentially needing to paint it, I'm looking for a finished, complete unit (currently welding up a Coastal Offroad front bumper and I'd like to avoid having to weld up another bumper) that will require only OEM bumper removal/trimming and bolting up the new unit with minor modifications.
