I'm interested in how people are securing thier habitation box to the subframe. The box I am thinking about would have a 1.5mm fiberglass outer skin, 6mm plywood, 50mm hard foam the same ply and fiberglass on the other side. This is all glued together.
So instead of bonding wooden batterns inside the composite panel for say 8 or so large bolts to hold this structure to the zero torsion sub frame how about many more 2 part threaded bonded from the outside and through the panel fasteners like the image attached. Maybe 20+ threaded M8. Spread out the stress points all over the base.
