Thanks, I am so happy with these wheels. It totally changes the whole look of the FJ. Now to get that snorkel installed.
Same thing my dad said haha As of now I'm going to weld the rock rings onto them then I may sale them or just hold onto them for the winter time.

I can also add bars to the front bumper. I plan on adding some to mine soon. Just need to figure out which design I want.

That sounds perfect to me. I love the slade area. I plan on going a few times this summer so if you happen to get free time you can make the drive down. I'd also like to go to Windrock for a weekend sometime this summer.
I've already been calling around to a few paint shops getting quotes. I'm not 100% set on it yet because I really like the white roof but I also think a black diamond roof would look really nice.

i could find time to go out now, but I'm still running 285/75/17's on stock suspension haha. rubbing on the fenders is a little bit of an understatement. i only have 2" of vertical travel available to me in the front.
looking like early June for parts acquisition and getting this thing built up. hopping to get the suspension and a set of sliders going. id really like to do a front bumper but I'm struggling with whats available to me. everything is so expensive. id build one myself but i don't know how id get about designing one. i don't have CAD or know how to use it, and i don't feel like pulling my whole front end apart and building a cardboard mockup.

Been there done that. I ran my 255/85 KM2's on stock suspension for a few months until I bought my OME lift. After I chopped the body mount the rubbing went away but I still didn't have any travel.
Yeah there isn't many 5th gen bumpers available yet. I ran around with no bumpers on the FJ for a couple of months while I was building my bumpers but the end result was worth it. The cardboard mockup is the best way to go. That's what I did with the FJ. I don't know anything about CAD either luckily my dad does.

I still haven't made the final decision but I am kind of leaning towards selling them and putting that $ towards painting the roof black. Once I see them welded up I may not be able to get rid of them though haha
