The good - aside from the roof damage described below this camper is in pristine condition. I’m the second owner, purchased it from the Hallmark dealership in Denver as a trade in they had in January of this year. They went over it before leaving to make sure everything was in working order (pictured). We’ve camped at Wolf Creek pass in a snowstorm in this and stayed completely warm. We’ve mostly used it as a ski camp setup as we just had a baby so it’s been great to keep our kid warm while parents go play.

The bad - last week I lowered the roof after using it but forgot to latch the roof down, drove down the highway home and in doing so bent the metal lift arms which raise the roof and did some damage to the track (I’m pointing to these issues in the pictures). If you’re mechanically inclined you may be able to fix this yourself by fabricating new metal arms and purchasing a track, I am very much not mechanically inclined and fairly accident prone so we’ve decided to sell this. As it currently stands I can not lift the roof since I stripped the teeth of the crank, it would need to be manually lifted and propped up to work on.

I spoke with Bill (owner of Hallmark) and he suggested simply replacing the HECO lift system with a much sturdier Super Manual Crank system, which will cost around $3,800. Once the metal arms are fixed, you basically have a new camper since everything else has been updated with new parts. So you could either fix the HECO lift arms and track or replace it with a new Super Manual crank system.

Dimensions - 6.5” long, bed rail clearance is 22”. Currently sits on my first gen Tundra.
