Does anyone have any insight as to why my Heco lift system is only lifting one side of the roof? Any quick fix?

Does anyone have any insight as to why my Heco lift system is only lifting one side of the roof? Any quick fix?

Can you be more specific on what its on?

They are pretty simple systems, Torision bars in both sides, and the hand crank and gear.
