Help with a mystery dash light

Hey there folks

I am wondering if anyone knows what this dash light on my 2012 W461 g270 professional is. This light came on after I had an electrical problem in my car and I don’t know what this light is for.

My electrical problem was that my keys had to be reprogrammed for anti theft and then after they reprogrammed them, this light came on.

That is your glow plug light...the one that’s supposed to be off before starting the vehicle.

It won’t go out. It just stays on the whole time.

Have you checked the glow plug controller? If it is connected ok, you may need to replace it.

That light is the Bondage indicator. It means that your next experience in the bedroom is going to be interesting, and hurt a little. Did you push the handcuffs button on the overhead next to the SOS button?

I had this on my 1997 G300td. I replaced the glow plug relay and all fixed.
