One thing people need to realize... putting an hid conversion kit in their stock housing is actually illegal. I believe Mr. stern covers this. I run the "ice roads" of canada's north and would like to take a hammer to both the people who do this and their headlites. I actually followed a superduty that had done this retarded conversion south of Ft Nelson B.C. one night through a snow storm and when a big truck went by going the other way and dusted us out, the S/D ended up in the ditch. I stopped, and after listening to him rant about not being able to see due to the glare his lights threw, gave him s@#t about said conversion and sold him a set of DOT approved hid headlights through a company I get to test lights for. Love my job.
