Spent the weekend in Oak Creek and hiked the West Fork. Easy hike, lots of shade and water. Just some scenery shots.

One of my favorite trails in AZ!!

X2!! I have hiked that trail about 6 times over the years. I love it. One time we backbacked and around the 3 or 4 mile mark, the canyon closes in and forces you into the water. We hiked in and out of the stream for another mile or so and had the whole place to ourselves.

Beautiful area for sure. :victory:

Well - it's no secret, really. It's a forest service run trail. You have to pay 8 bucks to park! 10 miles north of Sedona on 89A. 4 miles past Slide Rock.

It's really nice and very easy. Tons of people at first, but they thin out the farther you go in.
