I moved the axle about 2 inches forward. It wont go up anywhere past here. Hitting underneath the fender mount along with the tip of the fender. Will need to slice off some sheetmetal.

This is the max uptravel I can do for now

started on fender liposuction. Went exactly 2.5 inches inward along the edge.

Since this fender is damaged its my practice fender, I got a replacement, will do final cut on the good one.

Lower and upper links. 2" DOM is massive

Pulled the axle, time to burn everything in

Low Range offroad bash plate. Had to shave it down and bend it quite a bit to fit the form of the axle.

Ruffstuff diff guard

Installed Ruffstuff axle gussets

Too many plans, not enough time
uuuhhhh..... wow..... so.... you traded the wife, kids and job, for over engineering, anal retentive natural, unlimited time and dollars, and a fully stocked mans workshop from hell?

I've gotta figure how to live your life!

thanks guys,

Got a set of 20" limit straps and mounts.

Added gussets to the towers and finally burned in all of the metal for good

Added a cross brace

Slee high steer arms require a mouting bung that slides into the ABS hole and welded from the insed of the knuckle. Wish I knew that ahead of time. Had to take the knuckles all apart in again and do a complete sterilization to get it prepped for welding.

I timed myself, it took me 20 min to have everything off and on the table

Two bungs Clean, prep, weld, paint

Clean, prep, weld, paint

Also painted the knuckles CAT yellow.

painted the links

Also added a brace. Took forever to get to to sit right without any gaps.
