Hey Guys,
I made my way over from ttora. Exploring rules!!!
Here is my first expedition mod to my truck. I know its kinda pathetic :sombrero: but it was easy and it fit really well:

So I'll being in Baja for 7 days next week and I want to be comfortable. I currently have a snug top camper shell. I really like bajataco's sleeping platform with storage beneath but I was concerned about weight on my rear suspension, lack of space for hauling bulk items and of course lack of time for construction.
So I bought one of these:
http://www.camptime.net/roll-a-cot.htm
It fits perfectly in the truck bed. I have about 3inches of spare length wise. And width wise it fits over the wheel well. It rolls nicely into small storage bag with dims of rolled up thermal rest sleeping pad.
I'll report back with comfort and durability impressions.
2003 4x4 V6 TRD
SC with URD kit, Aquamist 2D, 2.2 Gen 2 Super Grip Pulley, Donahoe Coilovers, Camburg UCAs, Deaver Leaf Pack, Goodyear MTR 265/75/16, Alpine 9830, Sirius Sat. Alp1., Corbeau Legacy Seats
Thanks to Bajataco (Chris), Scott others OG tacoma exploration guys who have documented their travels and mods to their trucks.:rally_guys:
