My local Discount Tire will 'price match' on advertised prices that they can confirm [in this case checking their website] or with a printed quote.
Call several local shops and tell them the online price you can get the tires for and ask them to match it. If they will price match, most likely they will do so including the shipping it would cost you to ship the tires to your zip code. In my case about another $21.00 each tire. Even with shipping that's much less than $204.00 for a tire they likely don't stock and will have to order (in 255/85).
If your can't find a local shop that will price match (or come close) you might consider a Costco if you have one nearby. Costco has good prices on Michelin & BFG products, I've been told that Costco in Michelin's biggest customer.
Or buy them online and pay a local shop to mount and balance them. Personally I prefer to buy from a local store instead of online if I can, both because I want to support my local economy and if I have a problem (balance, defective) I want to have local service.
