What is the best, most capable traction device on a tubby overlander?
I just took my RV to the dump to take out the trash, and weigh my new ride. At 11,400 lbs, before being loaded, it is going to be a heavy ride, likely 12k marginally loaded. As of yet no lifts or any alterations. My biggest concern is bottoming out on a smaller obstacle. I have Go Treads on the way. I am limited on space until I figure out how to mount something to the roof.
Is there a plastic traction tool that would help me bridge a gap or should I look for some sort of rigid/ladder traction device to help me over divits, or ruts?
