How much castor alignment on Dana 60 conversions?

What alignment numbers do you like on E350's that has been converted with leaf springs up front? Mine is at one degree negative when unloaded now and it wanders. I can go to 3 or 5 degrees negative with shims I have. Drive line won't be an issue but is there anything else on the vans I need to know before I guess at 5 degrees? Toe will be measured on the tire at 1/8" toe in. Thanks! 2002 E350 Salem Kroger conversion.

Thanks Chris! That will save me a lot of trial and error. I need to stack the shims so I'll pull the old one and weld the new one to it in one shot. Thanks again!
