That's a Isotherm 49 refrigerator/freezer. I guess it does kinda look like a dishwasher huh?

I dont think the bed flips up but it just removes? At least that is what I can tell from the photos.

Strange. I assumed that was what was bungee corded to the sides in the couple shots with the back cleared.
