Icom IC2200 H good first radio?

I found one for $100.00 I just ordered hamm book and will hopefully be taking the test next month.

I had one for years in my tacoma. NO moving parts unlike the more powerful ICV8000 and it had great reception. We used it as our main chase radio and would even hook it up to a large base antenna. I would recommend it.

Not a bad little radio. Saved yourself about $40 over new.
