Ive been looking at this trailer. Looks like an m416 but not sure. Kind of looks like it has a tailgate. I dont know if they came with a tailgate. The owner cant tell me much about it and it's 3 hours away. Description "6' X 9' military trailer. Inside bed measures 4' X 6'. Is in good shape, only surface rust but needs a paint job. Any Help would be appreciated.

I thought all Bantams had round fenders?
I was thinking a 416 or Canadian 101 with different wheels.

Is it three hours south & east of you? If it is Alabama you don't need it. Let me know where it is and I'll put it out of your misery.:sombrero:

Looks like an M416. Definitely not an M101.

Lots of people have modified them over the years and added tailgates. Seen a few that were very well done by just regular Joe's and looked stock.

As long as it is solid and drives straight, it should work well ;)

M416 with a cut in tailgate. Wheels are 416 style. Tongue has had pintle cut off and replaced with a coupler. Hand brake handle is 416 style.

That is a tailgate. must have been cut into it at some point. I'm probably just going to grab it and I'll post up my findings. I should probably trailer it just in case.

if you go get it let me know what size tires are on it. i'm guessing 215/85/16, but I would like to know for sure.
