IIDtool quessies?

I got myself one of above mentioned tools and was wondering on the suspension height what other users have saved as pre-sets?
I have programmed my second saved setting to be 20mm higher all-round but have noticed in very warm weather it takes forever to reach off-road height. Any suggestions?
I was thinking to use my 1st preset as my on-road setting and maybe go for a -5mm setting. Good/bad idea? Will I need to redo wheel alignment?

Apologies for all the questions.

I've had a unit for a couple years now and I have yet to use the presets and instead just remember how much I raise then lower the same amount usually + 40 or - 40 mm. Since I of raise when going offroad, alignment isn't necessary, but if you are going to run lifted all the time then you should align as your alignment will be out a bit.

If it's taking longer and longer to reach off road height you should have the vehicle looked at to make sure there isn't a problem with the EAS. Is the IID tool showing any fault codes? Not to alarm you, but always better to be safe and get out ahead of a problem.
