Did some more searching and Eastwood seems to offer a Rat Rod flat black paint that's uv resistant and is supposed to last as long as a standard automotive paint. http://www.eastwood.com/rat-rod-flat-black-paint-kit.html

Should work for you but is not available for me since I'm in Ca where its not legal to sell.

First, I'm astounded I can get something in Utah that you can't get in California. We can't buy wine at the grocery store, but we can hammer all we want on the environment.

Secondly, thanks for the research and the tip.

Are you fitting those 255/85 tires without a lift? I tried to put a buddy's wheel with that size tire on my Monty a couple of weeks ago but it looked like they would rub when the wheel was turned. The wheel wouldn't fit without spacers so I wasn't actually able to get it on and try it out.

I am. As noted, though, I'm using H&R 40mm spacers and have done a considerable amount of trimming in the front wells. There's a bit of hardware I cleared out that connects the bumper and splash guards that intrudes on the space you'll need, and I eliminated all the body trim, getting out of the way of the front tire's travel towards the rear of the fender. Spacing out your wheels increasing your track will alter your steering geometry, making things go bump. If you could fit the wheel without spacing you'd have better clearance, but it sounds like you're trying to get over the huge hub.

As stock there's not much room for travel. The OME HD suspension should be here by Friday. Fingers crossed.

I can't wait to see your rig lifted. Remember to back off your control arm bolts and retighten everything including the lower strut mount bolt at curb height. You may tear up your bushings if you tighten them in the air.

Yup, waiting to see how it looks with the new arb suspension components.
Are you going to take careful before and after pics so we can see just how much extra lift (if any) you get from the upgrade?

As for Sierra Expeditions, they've always had terrific customer service every time I've purchased stuff from them!

Thanks for the reminder. I would have overlooked this.

SE notified me that the kit cleared US Customs and has shipped. Keeping fingers crossed for Friday, though the weekend is so jammed I won't get to the install until Monday. And off-roader, I'll be sure to document everything. It's kind of a mental condition for me.
