Indel TB DC polarity

Does anyone know the polarity of the DC pins on an Indel TB41? I have a cord that fits but the cigarette lighter attachment is cut off. I am trying to determine the polarity so it can be hardwired it to a house battery. When plugged into an AC source there is a small amount of positive voltage on the top pin but want to be sure I do not connect it to a DC source with being sure of polarity.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the input. Picked up a generic replacement that confirmed the TOP pin is the positive terminal. Works great now - thx
