Interest in shackle flip for 05+ Taco???

This is easily corrected bye mounting the shackle flip to meet the desired 30deg+/- depending on what springs you are running.
Still I don't understand the spring length issue. If you are running after market springs in the stock mounting points then this is not going to change that unless you mount it wrong.

Hey now, I had to ask before I jump off a cliff. If this is going to work with the springs I prefer (OME Dakars) then what other parts will be needed for the conversion? Obviously the OEM shackle is trashed so what goes with this hanger?

My point is any spring that fits the stock mounts will be fine. This is just a good upgrade that unless its mounted wrong is pretty simple to work out.
My stock hangers are totally thrashed also. I was gonna Fab a set with Stump here in the shop. But if this works out that would be cool also.

Anywho, How much longer than stock are your Dakars? I want to be able to accommodate as many as possible since there are so many different set ups out there. I was under the assumption (we all know what that does), since I've never read or heard issues with it, that all of the aftermarket springs are the same, or pretty damn close, to the same eye-to-eye measurement of the stock springs, otherwise they wouldn't bolt in without modifications. The AP springs are a hair longer, but not enough to change anything. I don't know about any of the other aftermarket springs.
This set up actually uses the stock shackle or you can use an XJ 1" lift shackle for a little more height. I will include hardware to mount to the frame. This is an actual bolt on kit unlike others that are out there right now that require welding to set them up. The factory shackle is reused. Once this is done, shocks and brake lines will be the limiting factor and will have to be changed to longer ones to take advantage of the added droop. I can work on having a full package available, but I have to make sure the flip itself will sell first. I have a solution to different length springs if they are out there. The design change should provide around 5-6 total mounting options as far as being able to move it around to play with shackle angle with different springs.

I'm 99.99% sure the OME's are the same eye-to-eye as stock, they are a direct replacement which is one of many things I like about them. Do you have a link to this XJ 1" lift shackle that you are referring to? I'm trying to visualize and price out the completed project, thanks. This may appeal to more here on ExPo if it is made as easy as possible, maybe sell a complete kit 
Did a quick re-work for different spring set-ups. Updated the pic. Keeps the spot for using stock springs/shackles and allows up to 12 mounting options in the stock frame holes and gives 7" of adjustability front to rear in 1" or 1.25" increments. Does that bring anyone else on board?

Yes, but every setup is going to be a little different so I can't say what the limiting factor will be at that point. Actually, even a completely stock truck will take advantage of it. Just on a stock truck, the shocks and brake lines are going to limit the travel available.
Sounds like you got AllPro's rear suspension system? If so, those Fox's should be the extended ones, not an actual OE replacement. FYI, AllPro's brake lines are 5" longer than stock, not just 1".
