Looks useful. It would be a nice set up if you needed to slide in taller gear. Looks like I could wedge my large/tall Kelty back in the middle, as well as stand up some folding chairs. You could still use the bed for hauling boards, too.

It's kind of like a troop carrier/sleeping platform. The craftmanship looks good, I just wonder what the purpose of it was. Place to sit after a long ride, Coyote runs across the border, drive in movie bench seat, or just maybe a place to sit and make dinner at camp??

Some guy in IL was selling it for $50.. I was interested at first, was gonna do the 2 hr drive to see it in person but now that I think about it, it's not really practical unless you strong want that couch style...

similar to what i would like. all the drawer fitted caps have a sleeping platform, but no place to sit. this, while a little "pimped" and impractical from a housekeeping standpoint, seems like it provides seating & sleeping. and both with more headroom than a drawered set up.
