Double checked its 8x20... currently a crazy heavy roll sitting on the floor. I expect it'll cut fine with a black OLFA Blade... It's tough but it's still just 'rubber'... Comercial grade or not, it'll cut.

I use Harbor Freight foam floor tiles. Ive found them to be very durable, easy to clean, easy on my knees and cheap. The best and unexpected benefit is whatever they're made out of beads and holds water VERY well. Even on the puzzle seams water doesn't penetrate (ask me how I know)

Hi _heim_ With your experience using the 3M Thinsulate, is it necessary to also install a sound dampening matting like Dynamat (or similar products)?

I found a decent deal on ebay for londeck flooring. Light Grey, stuff is tough. Got my soundproofing from raamaudio.com. Butyl based deadener and then ensolite foam. I also ordered 3M from Hein and it's very good stuff. So my walls are a sandwich of a few different materials all with different properties. Reflectix in there too as it's a good radiant barrier.

Go 3000K LED on your interior lights.

You should deaden and panel you can. It will make a huge difference. Van panels resonate like a bell. 50% coverage will do ya. Between that and the 3M you will have a nice quiet van.

Hi rick1919

I just redid my interior from having a vanrug/bedrug. Did not like that rug since it was hard to clean, dirt got stuck everywhere.
I now got a vinyl hardwood floor that I found at Costco. We'll see how that goes, me and wifey like it. I also got rid of my old bed setup that was made out of wood to a steel frame
that I bolted down to the existing seat holes and made a possibility to have 2 extra seats with integrated seat belts without sacrificing the bed and space. Kind of get a tiny living room feeling for windy and cold nights.

I found a lot of info and ideas here in this forum.
