Really looking great.
What kind of fuel mileage are you getting in its current configuration??
20' seems perfect to still be manageable/drivable.

A few more parts are going on the truck, replaced all the bulbs up front!

Still have to plumb the intercooler and vacuum down the a/c system.

Figured I would see how much work would be needed to fit the new tail lights. So here is the test fit picture.

Fabbed up the seat mounts and cut out the cab floor. Next I will take the seats back out and paint the mounts and the cab floor. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1420263592.122857.jpg

Made some progress this weekend. Installed an alarm, wired up the box control panel, sorted out some wiring and installed LEDS in the light for the cab.

Renewed the old cabinet lights with leds, waiting on the new lens and switches so I can reinstall them. Of course after a little polishing...

After a little driving I found a big problem! Cracked exhaust manifold!

Fortunately the International dealership was able to get one in a flash.

Installed the LED retrofitted compartment lights, so much easier to find things now!

Nice build! I plan on stealing some of your ideas. It never occured to me to mount a window AC unit so that it vents into one of the outside access compartments. I need to get busy converting my interior lights to LED.

Once all the wiring is done, I have a shroud that will go over the ac so I don't have to keep the compartment open to run it. However it does work very well.

I stuck my AC in this cabinet.
I think your placement is probably more effective.

I may have to rethink mine.
