Hi Mark,
Happy to answer, this site was incredibly helpful with my decision so I'm happy to pay it forward.
The only issues we've had were incredibly minor. The first is that the CO/Propane alarm started going off frequently once we unrolled the foam mattress in the cabin. I just pulled the fuse (dedicated only to the alarm so no other problems caused by pulling it) and that solved it

. The other was a small area of powdercoat that failed on a trim piece, I brought the trailer back to Matt for a few days and he had it re-done, no problems since.
Perfectly fine to get in to, I'm 5'11 and my wife 5'6. A little foldable stool from Walmart is perfect step height, and fits in the front storage box along with our Lynx leveling blocks, wheel chocks, and locking boot for when we leave the trailer alone at a campsite.
Camp chairs are in our 4Runner cargo area, and I have a GCI foldable camp table that I ratchet strap to the rear of the spare tire. Trasharoo on the front of the tire, with portable toilet and trash bags stored inside. For next year I will probably get a Frontrunner Monsoon Bag or other waterproof gear bag, and store those items on top of the camper roof rack. In the toolbox near the batter I also keep a 50 extension cord for shore power (should the need ever arise), hatchet, stakes for the awning, etc. So there is some storage room for all your smaller stuff.
10 gallons has been more than enough for us, and on longer trips I have a 5 gallon Reliance water carrier that I use for drinking water, and then the on-board water for cooking, cleaning, washing hands, etc.
I think it was a little over 2 months from order to pickup, but not positive. We signed the paperwork early in the year and knew we weren't going to use it until ~April or May, so we were never in a hurry. But it was nice to be able to get the trailer for this season, considering some of the bigger name builders were offering Fall 2017 or even 2018 build slots at the time!
Again I hope that helps, feel free to ask away, or PM me.
