That top looks a lot like the 97+ Airstream B190 tops except for the roof itself not sure they had that scalloping.I like that it does not have the front window, they are notorious for leaking. Who is the manufacturer, who installed?

The three vents move air just fine and are a good size(larger then the dash vents), I guess that doesn't show well in the pic. The stinky thing is they are not overhead so you cannot direct them right at your face if you want.

I'm currently trying to figure out how to tie that in. Thinking about blocking out duct work up the driver side of the van with 3 vents up top and 3 out of the duct post. Any chance of a close up of how they finished up that post?

So I'm doing the quiet ride and seem to remember someone had a good way to make the holes in the insulation get done fast and easy. If anyone knows what post or thread that was I would sure appreciate it.

Sound Damper, Insulation and Bed Rug

Been done a million times but this is my first and I gotta tell ya its a lot of work. Mostly cleaning and cutting the insulation to fit.

Doing constant sound tests every time I finish a part and the difference is huge. The doors thud closed instead of BONG!

Yes, I am messy.

I bought a 80 series Land Cruiser so my time and money have been going to that. Main thing is I went to Tahoe last week and both the windows in the top leaked when the snow started melting getting a ridiculous amount of water inside the van. Otherwise, I put a "bulletproof" ($3500) transmission in and have jest been driving it. Still love it. Really need to update the shocks and maybe some other suspension goodies.

Every time I go out on the trails in the Land Cruiser I try to imagine if I could do the same thing in my van if I sold the 80 and took the van to Chris . . . . .

Very important note: My wife loves it. Even if its just her and I, she wants me to drive the van instead of her van or the cruiser.
