Having had a full HD OME kit on my previous truck (Frontier Pro-4x) and the truck prior to that having Radflo 2.5" coilovers with TC UCA's, I would say that I've got a pretty good idea of what aftermarket suspension "kits" are like for an IFS truck. That being said, I wanted something for my Tundra that would replace the 11 year old stock Bilsteins, and give the truck a little altitude adjustment. I shopped around for quite a while, looking at all the usual options, 6112's, OME, Fox, Icon, etc... I then came across the Ironman 4x4 kit, and started to do some research into it. I found nothing but great reviews, as they have a long history in the Cruiser world, and many people reported years of trouble free use, with great ride quality. Add that to the fact that they are trying to build a client base in the US, so they have unbeatable prices. Ironman has youtube videos of their suspension installs (which proved to be very helpful) and they even offer a military discount with free shipping in the US. That was enough for me, so I ordered the stage 2 kit, which is the same as the stage 1, just add forged aluminum UCA's. The kit arrived at my door in NC (shipped from Oregon) in less than a week. I took some time this past weekend to install the kit, and it went really well. I was able to get the entire kit installed in my driveway with basic tools by myself in about 10 hours total work time.
Of course I got distracted installing the kit, and didn't take too many pictures, but here goes:
