Simple question, is anyone here shooting with medium or large format digital, and if so what are you experiences and what sort of problems did you run into?

I shoot with a 6x7 medium format Mamiya and found the only problem with going digital in this format was price, at $24,000 for a digital back.
That is more than my down payment on my first home.

Yeah, it is pricey. I'm looking into a low end Contax/Phase system, but I have not ruled out film either (Mamiya 7II, Fuji GSW, 4x5 system).

I am shooting with a hassy 39mp back. Honestly the only thing that I have to worry about is when I start doing some stitching on the long panos I like to make. Some of them are up to 9 images wide, and when the file is 256mb large it makes for some dicey processing experiences. Occasionally my built-up Mac has a hard time with the files that get up to over 1-2gb. (yikes!)

I have a 7II with some lenses for sale right now if you decide you don't want to go digital. That camera would be sweet if there was a digital back to put on it.

I'm not interested in the Hassy system mainly do to the weight of the central shutter lenses, but I also don't like the direction they are taking the system.
