Is Cook Partner the best? Money vs. Quality

OK, I understand.
I thought Stainless steel was stronger, more scratch resistant and easier to clean so that is why I asked.
I understand about the weight, didn't know about the different qualities of aluminum.

Must be hard to clean an aluminum stove like the PS on the other hand?

Not at all, its like cleaning any other kitchen cooking item, pots pans etc. The PS is easy to clean.

My Partner stove cleans up completely in about two minutes.
It's absolutely painless. You remove the burners and grate, and the entire stove is exposed for a total wipe-down, inside and out.
Why would you think it would be difficult to clean aluminum?
