I am somewhat new to this field, but most published books and testing formats are good through June 30th 2010. I dont know if they can change it till then. Maybe this is something to vote on then change after June 30th?

Again, not sure how this works and im also new. But why they would print books all over the world stating july 1st 2006 to july 30th 2010 then change it before it ends.

Remember this is a US government agency we're discussing. With that in mind, a time span of one year for receiving submissions, reviewing, approving and implementing would be ridiculously fast.

I have a GROL, currently not utilized. I'm curious in what capacity you guys utilize yours in.
