Is there a rear access ladder for the RRC

I'm looking for a ladder for the RRC. I have a 95 LWB and it has an expedition rack from Baja, but I'm looking around for a ladder? Anyone make one or has someone fabbed one up?

why? Use your tyre - besides, with the RRC you have a slanted back hatch half way up with no where to mount it - and having it slanted in would defeat the purpose. Ge a good rear bumper and use it - and the tires to access the top.

I have a Rovertym rear bumper. Was just looking for something that would make it a lot easier to get up on the roof.

The early Camel Trophy RR's had a folding ladder attached to the rack, that would pivot up when the rear upper tailgate was open. However, I just jump up on the tailgate to access the roof.

Anyone with a close-up picture of these ladders?

Here's one. . . There was a similar ladder available for P38's too, as below. . .

Range Rover Sport also has a ladder available

No the sport has a one piece. A few companies make them for the L322 (Mark 3), bu I wouldn't recommend one. Two problems that occur are that the weight of the ladder and someone on it causes your upper tailgate to sag. I've seen this on one of the L322's that was at the shop having the upper tailgate replaced. The other issue is you have to drill into the frame of the tailgate. Not a big deal but it bothers some people.

Check out pictures of the Darrien Gap/Blashford Snell Trans Americas vehicles

They used a step that fitted over the bottom tailgate. It works well

Well if you're willing to go the custom route I know that they would fab up something for you. My only concern about the classic is how flimsy the tailgate is.
