I believe that we have to be extremely cool.
Made a serious enquirer about importing a dozen of T-Choice trailers, ask them to send you references and photos of the factory assembling the trailer and specially the chassis.
If some member of the Portal is in China al the moment would be a good idea to organize a visit to the complex, then when we have the facts correct will be the time to do something.

What can be done now is send email to all other 4WD, expedition and adveture forums, specially the ones from Argentina to where this company are targeting their products

The chineese are well known for not really developing any real products of their own. they just steal designs, undercut the originator and put them out of buisness.

Pretty soon the chazer will be available at harbor freight.

I am a proponent of buy american. stay away from this company. You want a economy boost spend your money on american goods made in usa.

According to the last link.. It was posted and updated on 1/28... so this is a recent "steal"/feel...

They appear to be a "utility" trailer manufacter.. see above links. Though they could be copying for testing the water purposes..

If they are in deed importing a copied design into the USA (and you would need to prove that it's a copy). The most you could hope for is that they change something in thier design so as not to be a copy anymore. If they are not importing to the USA your out of luck.
