ARB Simpson II aka Mombasa Expedition aka Howling Moon aka etc, etc, etc. 
That one is "most" (identical is a better word) like the ARB Simpson II, though they all share the same design, construction, ladders, etc.
Possibly a photochop of an ARB unit, hard to tell from the pics.
