I sure hope you glued/bonded the polyisocyanurate foam to the walls somehow.

They WILL break down and crumble into little pieces if they move at all under vibration/driving.

Its great from an R-value standpoint, but I stick to XPS due for durability.

Maybe I missed something, what is the square tubing and polyiso for? Obviously that is not that cab, are you guys building a camper box?
