She would be (BOX) about 13'5 1/2" +-. From the out side. Would loose about 3" for the walls.

as mentioned at SS..... I would relocate the spare and rework the air intake.... then tuck the box up to the cab. Lose no box length. Improve front to back weight ratio; maybe not even need a frame stretch.... just some minor triangulation. You have the skill to do that.. or connections to folk who do.

OZ, I'm not lucky like you with the shorter box. How are the axles coming ?

Co, It would make the box 2' 4 1/4" longer but would still need to cut the box and find a place for the spare tire and things.

Wanted to not need to make the bed in the morning, but I will need to make some sacrifices . LOL

Got the window installed. And it is also a exit ! Cool. Will make a inside screen so it can be full open and just not 1/2 open.

Need to workout the mount from the seat base to the the seat frame ?

Seats look ans sit great. Think this is going to work.

And I have been thinking about this big hole I have in the roof ? Maybe I should just build a storage box up their ? Something you could get to from the cab.

Things are going a little slow. Had a death in the family and we are working that out.

So the truck is mostly parked, out side of the once a week run. Over the last week we noticed the truck on a odd angle ? Flat front driver side tire flat ? Fired up the truck and no change ? Drained all air tanks and did some looking around. Fired up the truck and it would not build air pressure. Got some ideas from Steel Solderer . Next day pulled the cover on the pressure cut off on the pump and it started pumping ? Stuck ? maybe but. Now we are building pressure but the cab will not lift ? What the H#LL ? No air coming out of the wet tank protection valve ? Pulled the valve apart and nothing ? Reinstalled and refilled the system and tried to reset the valve. After turning the adjuster it moved ? But it is not made to move just turn in or out ? (I know lots of question marks.Just my way of saying what the H$LL ) But a photo is worth a 1000 words.IMG_5568.JPGIMG_5571.JPG

Yep, the housing pulled the threads . Have been having problems with the CTIS not working and was going to go to the manual system but maybe this is it ? we will see. Repaired the housing with a heil-Coil (its a 8mm x 1.25) and will let it set overnight to let the J B weld set up and retest later. (I also glue the heli-coil in with J B weld )
As they say, as the stomach turns !
