As a person that has a pop-up camper on there pick-up truck, and looking for a larger unit.

Any solar generator that does not have an "12v 30amp" DC output (preferable Anderson) port is totally useless......

100% agree! These new power stations Bluetti, Jackery, Goal Zero.. I like the LiFePO4 battery, but what a joke! Designed for people who want to charge their phone, or use the AC inverter. No good for running a 12v fridge, lighting, fans, etc.

What are you talking about? All of these batteries will run the 12V fridge no problem?

I agree.

I have one of the original Jackery 1000's and as an initial test I put it on my Engel MT35 for three and a half days. One 12hr period we didn't close the lid properly and it was slightly cracked open due to snagging on my fridge cover.

Results were 84hrs running took it down to 48% charge. This of course is not real-world testing, but gave me a base to work off. It was inside my garage around 65 degrees so nice and cool just running without going in and out of it like normal use. This was using the 12v power cable.

Another time I ran my Engel MT40 using AC power and after 8hrs it was down to 68%. We had been simultaneously charging our phones and my portable jump pack that I used to jump the FJ after killing the battery. I could have left it on the Jackery, but we just turned the fridge off when we went to bed like we do sometimes anyway.

The Engel / ARB's that I have run longer on 12v than on AC.

I ran my National Luna Weekender for 4 days off a Jackery 1000 (first gen) and it dropped to about 30%. I spoke with some van builders recently who have switched from traditional batteries (including Lithium) to the larger Jackery like generators to power everything. Less wiring and greater versatlity.

We're talking about the new gen LiFePO4 batteries. They only have a 12v car output (12v 10amp), usb-c and usb-a outputs which at best can output a max of 5amps? What output port are you running your fridge and accessories out of? Previous Lithium power stations used to have a high output anderson powerpole connection port that would allow you to pull up to 30 amps and more than 360 watts. That wattage and amperage is what allows you to run power to a fuse box that you can then wire to all of your accessories and appliances. 10 amps is not enough current.

Can you show us the A/C unit it powers and for how long if it can get past the initial surge?

My battery has a 12V/10A max 120 watt output and runs my Dometic flawlessly. And it is a LiFePO but not a Jackery.

Well, ok, I just didn't want folks to have the impression that 1000 watt Jacker would run an A/C unit. There was a Youtube video about that Jackery and a Bluetti made by "Professor Hobo" running a window unit and the unit in his RV. :)
