Jeep '03 TJ DC Corp Technical Service Bulletins.

I have an '03 TJ and am looking for the TSB related to the Cat Converter Pre-Heater emissions monitor reset. I think it has to do with the wiring in the Power Distribution Center and voltage drop caused by high current in that circuit that is not supported by sufficient bus/wire size to supply the load. Anyone have knowledge of the TSC bulletin or know where to view and down load all '03-'07 Jeep TJ bullletins?

I've never heard of such a TSB and don't see anything in a quick web search. Probably good to post on a Wrangler-specific forum or two.
