Jeep LJ custom Cargo rack $100.00

I have nice strong lightweight Jeep LJ cargo rack I no longer need. It bolts into the Jeep rear seat brackets section and the rear of the Jeep. Ir is super easy to take in and out. Can be painted any color.
I am in So Cal. Very strong and very light.

Can I just pop my rear seat out and install this, or do the seat brackets themselves have to be removed to install it?
