Went to a conference in Toronto and was browsing Kijiji during a particularly boring presentation and saw it. Rented a car, drove out to see it . Liked it. Liked it a lot. Its not perfect, but what in life is? Enough rust to add character, but not fatal. The owner has had it for 10 years, Carfax was clean, timing belt and new clutch in past few years. He did his own oil changes and had extra filters in a neat and organized garage. 4 winter tires on steel rims included. All good signs. He also had a replacement new model 4Runner parked behind it, a very good sign. I bought it, cancelled my return airfare, had new brake pads, fluids changed, and had its interior detailed to improve the WAF. Drove it 1800kms back home without a problem! Am looking forward to making it a camping/trip vehicle with very light offroad expeditions.
