Damn that looks so, so sweet. I wish I could pair a SWB Y61 to my shorty but there simply are none here in Guatemala. I've only seen one and the guy who owns it put a 22RE Yota motor in it
But anyway, congrats brother! Your shorty is looking stellar!
Does the 35” spare fit on the rear door? I don't know how strong the Y61 rear hatched are but be mindful the weight of the 35 could damage the rear door. That's why I keep mine on my roof rack now. Plus I like the look of it better

Just be careful with sand or dust getting into that shock. But if others have cut it with no problem, then you gotta trust them. It's just a matter of personal preference.

Thanks,bro
Y61 can get cracked barn doors by even stock spares, I think in depends on how you drive. I'm not a fan of jumping so I think It'll hold itself a bit longer before the side crack shows up. I'm considering fabricating a spare holder off the cherokee or LC200 on the chassis. I'll see how think go. Having it on your roof rack can worsen your roll angle, and we have some tilted tracks here so I'm more into keeping the weight closer to the ground, not to mention some desert drives as well.
And if something bad happens to my shock, I'll replace them with cheap Chinese ones like the ones on my old Y60 that never failed me! For like around 100$ for the set! So I'm not very worried about them.
More mods later, just need to gather more cash
