Kitchen unit/pod for van?

I'm converting my fullsize van into a camper and I'm getting close to starting to build the cabinetry. First thing will be a kitchen unit that can lift out when I need the van to be able to haul cargo. I've been taking some ideas from here:

My build won't be nearly as nice or large. One thing I do like is the table that has the leg on one end and mounts to a rail on the cabinet. Has anyone ever seen that hardware available in the U.S.?

I'm not even certain what to search for. The images on their site show 2 different lengths so they must be available from someone. I've been trying variations of "drop leaf table" without luck. Any ideas?

I put a sink into a cabinet that houses the water pump and tank for removal. To remove I have a filler hose and electrical spade conections along with 4 bolts. My drain is basically just a bucket and sealable jugs that I keep under the sink. No real waste water tank but I can collect it. It kept the design simple, cheap and light. I use a sink faucet for laundry room use. It comes with standard garden hose threads on the snozzle so I can run a 10' RV water hose on it. This lets me wash stuff including myself out the back door or side depending where I'm at. Next to the ARB fridge a real sink and water supply is great.

Awesome link, thanks! I am planning on adding a side table to my trailer. I had already found the bracket online, from a different source but the same price. But I had not located a suitable, adjustable leg yet. Thanks!

Depending on your materials, there are a lot of ways you could put together a table like that. A simple wooden surface, a hinged pole (could even be adjustable if necessary) and voila.

A piece of 2x2 and a hinge would be fine as the leg as well.
