got any info on what air compressor setup you've got underhood?

It's nothing special. It's mounted to my inner fender.

It's a Q Industries MV50 SuperFlow Hi-Volume Air Compressor.

Compared to the MTR/kevlars that I took off, they handle horribly on the road.
The only time I like them is in mud. But my Jeep is a DD.

Maybe a weight issue but the KM2s are amazing on the street. Even in rain!

What pressure are you running? I love mine on the road.

I run mine at 40 PSI on road, usually air down to 16 PSI off road.

I run 45 in front and 40 in rear. Rotate every 3K miles. Off road down to 20-18psi all around.

even at 18 the tires hold pretty well and GRAB!!!

I've been running mine around at 29psi f/r and the ride and handling has been great. In the quest for better gas mileage on the highway I pumped them up to 45psi all around and got 22mpg!

I just swapped from the KM's to the KM2 and haven't been off road with them yet (3 days ownership!) but they are much more quiet on the roads and highway. They look fully as aggressive as the KM's did and I really enjoyed their performance.
