Thanks Dave! Alot of those shots are actually Lake Superior, though its can easily be confused. Glad to hear you are getting your cruiser back! The Sportsmobile was sweet no doubt, but that cruiser had alot of heart and soul poured into it.
...Yep - On the advice of several people on IH8MUD, I called Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters. He earned another loyal customer, and sold me a complete Ultimate Light / Medium 2" - 3" Lift Kit Part# ED60ULM. She's riding on TOYO Open Country A/T's - Size: 285/70/17 (32.7" x 11.2") on 17" Toyota Sequoia Alloys.
When I bought it, the suspension was totally worn out. I'm pretty sure it was still on the ORIGINAL factory suspension. The Cruiser pretty much rode like Uncle Buck's car. The new OME suspension, and wheels/tires were my first order of business.
I was out performing a shakedown run prior to the 2009 Nevada Trophy, when I had a chance to exercise the lockers getting onto this abandoned train bridge.
