BTW, Walthers (Model railroad supplier) has them listed for 23.99.
They also had a Mercedes Benz with that same roof rack. Looked kinda snazzy. I actually have one and put bigger tires on it.

That Defender model articulating would be cool if it had some actual tires on it instead of street tires!!

A couple of years ago I was searching for expedition truck camper info and ran across a forum post by a professional model maker that was modeling an ActionMobile-type expo camper based on a 4x4 Mercedes truck chassis.
The detail was simply amazing. In the most current post he was showing off the woodgraining he had done for the rosewood inlay...
I've tried to search the thread out again, because it would be really interesting to follow the build, but I haven't been able to find it. Sorry.
